How to pay online?

Note: GCash or Paymaya are handled by ECPAY, you may also pay through ECPAY's website. Once its past due or you have pending payments from last month, your payment will not be able to push through. Also upon receiving the Billing Statement your payment through GCash will not push through since all bills will be processed first and then be uploaded to ECPAY.

Nag-close na ang office ng cebeco 2 at past 3pm na. Magkakaroon pa rin ba ako ng penalty kahit nakapag pay bills na ako thru gcash kahit 16 pa ngaun at bukas pa ang penalty?

Sa pagkakaalam ko po is until 5PM yong office ng CEBECO 2. Do call the office nalang po to clarify this, from what I remembered pwede ka pa makapagbayad before or on the day sa due date.

My account is 11 digits and gcash, paymaya accepts 10 digits only. How to pay online?

You should be able to pay po using gcash or paymaya with 11 digits na account number. sa pagkakaalam ko wala pa sila other online payment method.

I also did have a problem paying through GCash and Paymaya last year Nov 2022.

I think you may need to check it on their website or call their office to verify if your payment has been posted already.
